Easy peasy! -Eared turtles are a type of aquatic turtle that require access to land in order to survive. They need land for basking, nesting, and foraging.
Basking: -Basking is an important behavior for eared turtles as it helps them regulate their body temperature and absorb Vitamin D from the sun. Without access to land, eared turtles cannot bask and will be unable to survive in the long term.
