From our brains that can think and reason, to our hearts that pump blood throughout our bodies, we are truly incredible creatures. And let’s not forget about all the muscles and bones that keep us upright and moving! It’s no wonder why people are so fascinated with the human body - it really is something special.

People often refer to a 2010 study that estimated 35 C (95 F at 100% humidity, or 115 F at 50%) as the upper limit of safety. Beyond this point, the human body can’t cool itself by sweating; it’s just too hot.
Temperature Regulation: The human body is able to regulate its temperature by sweating and shivering in order to maintain a constant internal temperature.
Heat Production: The human body produces heat through metabolic processes, such as digestion and muscle activity, which can cause the body to become hot.

Hyperthermia: Hyperthermia occurs when the external environment is too hot for the human body’s thermoregulatory system to handle and it cannot cool itself down enough to maintain a safe core temperature level.
