Well, here’s the thing: Cain didn’t actually marry his sister. In fact, there’s no record of him ever having a wife or children. Cain was so jealous of his twin sister Aclima’s marriage that he killed his brother when God rejected his sacrifice. Yikes! Talk about a family feud. He must’ve been steaming mad to do something like that.
Cain and Abel: Cain and Abel were the sons of Adam and Eve, with Cain being the older brother. According to the Bible, Cain killed his brother Abel out of jealousy.
No Wife for Cain: After killing his brother, God cursed Cain and banished him from Eden. As a result, he was not allowed to marry any woman in Eden or have children with her.
Nod: After leaving Eden, Cain settled in a place called Nod where he met a woman named Luluwa who became his wife and bore him several children including Enoch who was the father of Irad (Genesis 4:17-18).
Other Wives: In addition to Luluwa, some sources suggest that there were other wives for whom no names are given but it is believed that they also had children with him (Genesis 4:19-24).
